At KORCIKO, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date the product is marked as delivered.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Proof Requirement

To process any refund or replacement request, customers must provide valid proof of the issue, such as:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Images of damaged packaging (if applicable)
  • Order number and delivery details

KORCIKO reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all claims before approving a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product and proof are reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

Return Shipping

In certain cases, customers may be required to ship the product back to us. Return shipping instructions will be shared by our support team.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
